An impressive collection of safety features includes automatic emergency braking, blind-spot assist, and attention assist. An optional driver assistance package also brings advanced adaptive cruise control with route-based speed adaptation and stop-and-go traffic assist. There is also active steering assist, lane-keeping assist, lane change assist, and a unique feature that moves the front seat passenger away from the impact zone in the event of a crash.
Anti-lock brakes increase the ability to turn the vehicle while braking, and there are front, side, overhead, and knee airbags to help protect passengers in the event of a crash.
