Olympia Fields Country Club truly deserves its stellar reputation; it will leave any golfer impressed with its beauty, challenge, amenities, or all three.
2. Ravisloe Country Club
This course is just beautiful. Being an old country club, it has a lot of historical features that make it special. The layout is great for beginners, as it has been well maintained and designed to accommodate golfers with any level of experience. You’ll also find picturesque ponds throughout the course, which add even more beauty to your playing experience. The terrain is well kept and manicured, with a well-defined fairway. Also, there are several trees on the course to offer some challenges as one navigates through them to get from hole to hole.
3. Idlewild Country Club
Idlewild Country Club is a private course that first opened in 1908. With 18 holes and multiple bunkers, it’s an impressive challenge for any golfer. There are also practice facilities at this club as well, including putting greens and driving ranges. You’re sure to enjoy a great day of golf at this location, and there are a few different types of memberships that can be purchased to become a member.
4. Flossmoor Country Club
This is one attraction you won’t want to miss. It features an upscale entertainment environment with point-scoring games as well as several bars and restaurants for your enjoyment even when you’re not playing the course itself–please drink responsibly! choose from at each hole.

This course is a public facility with nine holes of play. It’s also well maintained and will provide hours of enjoyment. The golf club has been in operation since 1988, so rest assured you will have a great time out on the greens. The scenery here is fantastic, but don’t let it distract your shot, though.
