The GLE 350 4MATIC provides a symmetrical AWD experience, with front and rear axles each receiving 50% of available torque, while the 450 4MATIC and 580 4MATIC have adaptive systems that can adjust torque on each axle from 0 to 100%.

6. AMG Models

If you have a need for speed, the two Mercedes-AMG GLEs, the GLE 53 and the GLE 63, are the ones for you. AMG GLEs have been outfitted with much more powerful engines. The GLE 63 has a hybrid-assisted twin turbo V8 that puts out an incredible 603 horsepower with a lightning-fast 0 to 60 time of only 3.7 seconds. The hybrid electric compressor is capable of adding 184 lb-ft of torque to the GLE 53 and GLE 63.
