Illinois Governor Pritzker recently announced that our state will move to Phase Three reopening on Friday, May 29. For franchised new car dealers like Loeber Motors, this means that our sales showrooms can open without the need for appointments. However, social distancing and face coverings are still required for our employees and customers. In addition, the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity continues to limit our store's occupancy ito 5 customers per 1,000 square feet (excluding employees).

The Loeber Motors team is committed to providing a safe and clean environment for our customers. With the Phase Three reopening, our sales showrooms and service departments are fully open and have resumed regular business hours. While some COVID-19 concerns still exist, our staff is committed to maintaining the new standards outlined below.

Our staff is operating under strict sanitation guidelines:

• We have increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitation procedures throughout all of our facility environments.
• There are 30 sanitizer dispensers in our buildings for customer and employee use.
• In addition, we are working with a professional cleaning company to ensure proper and thorough disinfection.
• We have established a “No Handshake Zone” in all facilities.
• All vehicles will go through rigorous cleaning and disinfecting procedures at every touch point, which includes new and pre-owned vehicles, our loaner fleet and shuttles.
• Employees will be utilizing gloves and steering wheel covers.
• Complimentary at-home or virtual test drives.
• Complimentary pick-up and drop off for service appoints and free at-home delivery of new and used vehicle purchases.
• Whether you want to test drive a new or pre-owned vehicle, or if your vehicle needs to be serviced, our staff is dedicated to providing the same luxury customer care you’ve come to rely on in this unprecedented time.

Hours of Operation

• SALES: Showroom Open Monday - Thursday 9 am - 7 pm, Friday 9 am to 6 pm, and Saturday 9 am - 5 pm. Or, you can continue to Shop 100% Online with free home delivery.
• SERVICE: Open Monday - Thursday 6:30 am - 8 pm; Friday 6:30 am to 6 pm and Saturday 8 am - 5 pm. Call to inquire about complimentary pick-up and delivery for service.
