Engine

Because the 2023 EQS is an all-electric vehicle, it does not feature a gas engine under the hood. Rather, this 2023 Mercedes-Benz features a single motor and 107.8-kWh battery. With this arrangement, the Mercedes-Benz sedan can produce up to 355 horsepower and 419 pound-feet of torque. However, if you are seeking greater power, you can upgrade to the EQS580 4Matic and receive dual motors. This setup increases horsepower to 536 and pound-feet of torque to 633. Performance

Rear-wheel drive is the basic setup of the 2023 EQS, but all-wheel drive is an available upgrade.
