Enclosed is the extra key for the 2007 Outback. Thank you again for all your help with
the purchase of our 2008 Cayenne. I have never had such a pleasant experience shopping
for an automobile. Your personal attention, knowledge and patience made the process
very enjoyable. We are also completely satisfied with our Cayenne. I had it out in the
snow yesterday and it exceeded all my expectations. The traction and stability on the ice
and snow covered streets was tremendous and it handles and rides like it just came off the
assembly line.
Please thank Brenda, Jeff and everyone else on the team at Loeber Motors for their part
in making our experience so satisfying. It's nice know that there is still a business that
knows the importance of first class customer service.

done! Rest assured Loeber received a very favorable response! As I said
in my survey, I will definitely let anyone who wants to know all about
your dealership.
I
want you to know why I chose Loeber to begin with. First and foremost
it's a credit to Loeber to have embraced the Internet as a method used
to purchase a vehicle. We now live in a world with smart phones and
instant Google searches. My parents grew up in an analog world,
currently we are living in a hybrid analog/digital world, with the
following generation being brought up full digital! Not all dealership
have embraced Internet sales as you have, which, in my opinion puts
them in a competitive disadvantage. My time is valuable and I don't
have the time to travel from dealership to dealership. After I put in a
quote request via the Internet I started receiving phone calls from all
of the dealers, it wasn't until Ann Sergesketter from Loeber called
that I has able to have my first clear, distortion free conversation
that didn't break up on me. Thank God she didn't call me on a cell
phone like the prior dealerships did. There connections were either
completely non-comprehensible or ended up being dropped entirely! After
my conversation with Ann, we were able to continue our negotiations via
email. It was a great experience! Since I knew what I wanted and the
options I wanted Ann and I were able to come to a agreement in very
little time, all without having the sacrifice time and travel. When I
did need to meet with Ann she had all of the paperwork needed to start
the order process completed in under 30 minutes!
Even
though I had to wait a long time to receive me ML63 and Ann has since
left Loeber I was put in touch with Mark Sarros to pick up my vehicle.
Mark had the ML63 prepare as requested when I placed my order. It had a
full tank of gas, and all of the paperwork was ready for me upon my
arrival. I was surprised at the technical knowledge Mark
portrayed while he walked me through the various features of the ML63.
Mark is a tremendous asset to your staff. He's knowledgeable,
friendly, gets the job done, and was willing to do whatever it took to
make me satisfied.
So
I thought you show know, while it's easy to take the time to criticize
when things go bad, I have taken the time to let you know when things
go unexpectedly right! I was expecting at some point for the shoe to
drop and discover some unscrupulous dealership shenanigans, horror
stories that I've read about that occur far to often. To my surprise it
never happened! You and the entire staff at Loeber should be proud of
the staff you have amassed, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable. The
overall experience was beyond expectations!
I
will definitely be recommended Loeber, and in particular, Mark Sarros
to anyone who inquires about my purchasing experience. So, as to your
query about how I would rate Loeber, "Outstanding" or "Truly
Exceptional"? I say Yes to both and add "Honest", "Trustworthy"! Loeber
is an exceptional credit to the entire Mercedes brand. Keep up the
great work, you are definitely above and beyond any of the other
dealerships that I have encountered recently.

I
wanted to let you know about my experience at your dealership and
working with James Jajou. I have worked in the car business for 8
years and my Father has been a GM at a Ford store for over 30 years, so
I have been around and amongst salesman for a while. I feel that James
was professional, friendly and worked with me as a consultant rather
than a typical salesman. He was very knowledgeable about product and
was very thorough when demonstrating the vehicle and it’s features.
Obviously, Mercedes Benz can sell itself, however James really took the
time to make sure I understood all the bells and whistles.
Unfortunately,
we could not strike a deal on the Silver 2007 MB CLS 550. Honestly, I
am still interested in pursuing this deal. I don’t believe our numbers
are that far apart where it would not make sense for both of us. I was
in this week and had the black 2006 MB E500 with 60k mileage for a
trade-in. The bottom line is that my budget will not allow me to
finance over $42,000. I was going to be able to put $6000 down and I
can add an additional $600 to help make this work.
I
work in a business where we live or die by referral and repeat
business. I was referred to you buy Mr. Rasof, which is a customer of
yours. Any time that I experience good service and fair prices, I
become a referral generating machine and I let everyone know where I
made my purchase. My wife is an Acura fan and I have worked with Greg
Pew at Continental Acura in Naperville for the last 7 years.
We have purchased 5 vehicles from him and I have sent everyone that I
know to see him for their purchase needs. I would like to have the
same relationship with Loeber Motors.
Again,
I would love to do business with you and I hope we can make this
initial purchase happen. I generally trade my vehicle in every 24
months.
